Smagslågen is a podcast series about food science and culture. The hosts are to astrophysicist with an enormous passion for food and science. In the different episodes they talk about special ingrediencies, cooking methods, fermentation techniques and interesting recipes.

The podcast is supported by the Danish interdisciplinary research center, Smag for Livet, and Hotel og Restaurant Skolen, in Copenhagen.
